WorkPlan and Budget
When we start a project with our clients we have two premises at FestraCorp that we must comply with. The first is to make a Project Budget that adjusts to what our clients require. The second is to make a Work Plan so that our clients are safe and calm about both the execution time of the work and the scheduled delivery date.
With a well-made budget and a well-made work plan, both Festra Corp and our clients will work towards ensuring that the project is carried out according to the stated schedule and the costs are as planned.
